Our packages include the expertise we can offer since we built your website, along with our ability to access various support portals to find a resolution quickly. Your support agreement will outline exactly what you will receive as a by Masselyn & BC customer.
**If your domain was redirected to BC, to add your email accounts into the system, we will offer help with domain/email issues in addition to website and hosting support. This is available on all of our plans. If your domain and email remains with your registrar (not BC), then email/domain support will be maintained by the registrar company and not by Masselyn.
