Wordpress is one of the best platforms available to business owners!  It offers a flexible platform to create your unique presence on the internet, while offering an easy way to maintain that presence.  No one likes a website that is static – nice way of saying “old and dated”.

I often start with a blank slate…building the site with you based on your style & business needs. With the flexibility of themes and templates, we can also start with a pre-built framework.  Doing this helps speed up the design process, and keep a project within your budget without compromising quality, functionality, design and style.

Basic Theme/Template Website

Packages start at $800

This package is for businesses and individuals who want assistance with setting up a theme/template based website, to mirror a demo or with a few hours of customization.  We start with the theme, and you are offered some customization and setup assistance to get you up and running quickly (usually 1-3 weeks).

  • Traditional information website or Ecommerce
  • Installation/complete setup of related plugins (some themes recommend a list of plugins to function properly)
  • Installation of Malware/Security Protection tools
  • Setup the theme to mirror its demo, or 2 hours of programming customization to suit your needs
  • Project time frame varies (usually 1-3 weeks)
  • You enter your own content, but the framework of the site will be setup and ready for you to enter content and GO!
Custom Programmed Website

Packages start at $3000

This package is for businesses and individuals who want a completely custom design. We start with a blank slate, and design to match your brand & style perfectly.

  • Traditional information website or Ecommerce
  • Design process starts with mockups, JPG designs presented to layout the main pages of content (homepage, text based page, shop page – where applicable)
  • Upon approval of the mockups, then programming begins to bring your new site to life
  • Installation/complete setup of all needed plugins (paid or WordPress.org)
  • Installation of Malware/Security Protection management tools
  • Complete setup (your own content too!) – when we are done, your site is ready to share with the world
  • Project time frame varies (6+ weeks minimum)
Custom Theme/Template Website

Packages start at $2000

This package will still offer you a custom designed site, but we start with a theme (framework) to help speed the design process. I discuss what style/layout you would like, and find a theme/template that will provide a foundation for us to work from. I work with Genesis/Studiopress often, but we can look at other themes/templates as well.

  • Traditional information website or Ecommerce
  • Installation and setup of theme/template for the foundation of the new site
  • Complete custom colors, graphics and/or bringing in your own brand/logo
  • Custom layout choices, up to 4 hours of programming to make adjustments to suit your needs
  • Installation/complete setup of plugins (paid or WordPress.org)
  • Installation of Malware/Security Protection management tools
  • Project time frame varies (3 weeks minimum)

Wordpress Plugin Integration

Wordpress is one of the best platforms not only because of how easy it is to manage, but also because of how powerful it can be.  Premium plugins, added into your site, can take a simple blog into an e-commerce site, large forum community and more.  You might already have a website, but you need someone to help integrate a premium plugin to expand it into something more.  I have worked with hundreds of premium plugins like WooCommerce (membership, subscriptions, etc.), recipe plugins, business directories and more.

Packages start at $300 and up

The cost will depend on the premium plugin you need integrated and the level of customization you would like.  Below are some examples of what I have worked on, but the list is extensive so please inquire if you want to see some examples or want to have a custom quote given for your project.

  • WooCommerce integration, for selling physical or virtual products, starts at $450 (membership , subscription & other premium extensions will be additional)
  • Business directory integration starts at $300 (for example, Web 2.0 Directory from CodeCanyon)
  • Community/Forum integration starts at $400 (for example, BuddyPress)
  • Recipe integration, perfect for food blogs & websites, starts at $300 (for example, Ultimate Recipe plugin)

Hosted Platforms

I also work with other “hosted” platforms, like Adobe Business Catalyst, Shopify, BigCommerce, BigCartel,  WIX and more.  These are completely hosted CMS platforms that can offer everything a small to large business needs for their web presence while making things easy to manage.

Many of these platforms work off of “themes”, that can give us a foundation to start with.  Sometimes you want to go “outside of the box”, or don’t have the time to address customizing a theme, and that is where I come in. Whether you need small changes to your site, or want a custom design so your website does not look “cookie cutter” – let’s work together to make it happen.

This package is when you want a completely custom design. Starting with a blank slate to design to match your brand & style perfectly.

  • Complete setup of platform (including importing of data/products and more when available)
  • Setup of extended systems like newsletters, forums, and more
  • Project time frame varies (6+ weeks minimum)
Theme/Template Website

Packages start at $1500

This package will still offer you a custom looking site, but we start with a theme (template) to help speed the design process. I discuss what style/layout you would like, and find a theme/template for your platform that will provide a foundation to work from.

  • Traditional information website or Ecommerce
  • Installation and setup of theme/template for the foundation of the new site
  • Complete setup of platform (including importing of data/products and more when available)
  • Setup of extended systems like newsletters, forums, and more
